Wedgies are polls you can ask and share across multiple channels to receive feedback in realtime. Wedgies.com is the best way to power simple polling and surveys on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, web pages, blog posts, and live broadcasts.
A wedge is the shape in a pie chart.
You know what IRL wedgies are and we’re hellbent on making the word wedgies synonymous with useful questions on the internet, not bullying. Wedgies.com has never been a website before and we’re using it to answer important questions and change the definition of “giving someone a wedgie”.
Whichever ways make you happy. We have easy options for Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, embedding on blogs or web pages, and a wordpress plugin.
It’s easy. Use the share buttons under your question after you’ve created it. Using these, you can share immediately your question on Twitter, Facebook, and Tumblr with the click of a button.
Use the embed button just after you create your poll. Customize the embed size and look, and we automatically generate an HTML embed code so that you can copy it and use it anywhere.
If you’re using Wordpress we have a plugin that allows you to use shortcodes from the embed screen.
They’re waiting for you on your dashboard at Wedgies.com. Login and click on the profile link at the top of the website. All of your polls and their stats are listed there.
Only if they share their answer on social media. Otherwise, votes are anonymous.
Simple. You’ll get more votes and shares if you share your Wedgies on every available channel. A wider audience also provides more reliable results.
Nope. If you don’t share your Wedgies, no one will see it.
Yes. You can select the option to “Make the results of this question private.” at the bottom of the screen when you are creating your poll.
You may ask all of the questions on the internet.
Traffic shared via voting links will redirect voters back to wedgies.com and tabulate their vote when the click on the link. Paid plans can use voting links to redirect back to embedded polling units on their site.
For all questions we provide voting links, which tabulate a vote and bring voters to the results view of your question. Voting links are the fastest way to collect real time poll feedback across multiple platforms at once.
If you have a use case that doesn’t need voting links, we also provide a short link that redirects to a landing page where voters may vote.
Easy. There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of all of our emails. We do our best not to bother you, so please provide feedback on why you’re unsubscribing so that we can do better.
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll answer it as fast as we can. Which is usually really fast.
